About project
“Pastnieku nams” is a new apartment project located on the very edge of Old Riga with a scenic view of Riga's landmarks such as the Daugava River, the Central Market pavilions, and St. Peter's Church. It is a historic building, that was given a new life by the experienced historic building renovator, the construction company “Anzāģe”, which has an impeccable reputation.
Apartments
“Pastnieku nams” offers 86 fully furnished and equipped studio apartments ranging from 15 to 30 m². The apartments will be perfect for short-term rentals or student rentals, even though there is no elevator in the building.
Interior
The apartments of “Pastnieku nams” are modern, bright, and equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. To create a more unique interior, the beds, kitchen equipment, and windows were manufactured here in Latvia, as well as the materials used in the building reconstruction.
Apartment No. 49

Floor plans
Explore the “Pastnieku nams” apartment plans and find the one you want to buy. Studio apartments are available with a size of 15 to 25 m² and two-room (one-bedroom apartments) with a size of 30 to 40 m².
On certain floors of the building (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), the ceiling height is 3.3 to 3.6 m, and the apartments are equipped with additional beds on the second level or so-called lofts, allowing four guests to be accommodated in a 20 m² apartment.

The 74 studio apartments of the “Pastnieku nams” project are available in the price range from 50,000 to 100,000 EUR, while the 12 two-room (one-bedroom) apartments are available in the price range from 100,000 EUR to 140,000 EUR.
